Chicagoland Fat Loss Camps (CLFC) is looking for positive and motivated fitness coaches for our locations across the Chicagoland area. We have locations in Bolingbrook, Chicago, Lansing, Matteson, Oak Lawn, Oak Park and South Holland.

Are you an independent group fitness instructor or been thinking about becoming a fitness professional?

Do you love helping people reach their health & fitness goals?

Are you fit or getting fit, have a passion for workout?

If so, we pay up to $25 - $30 per class. Workouts are only 40 minutes and already designed to go with a fat burning meal plan. For the first 6 months, we will only offer the basic “Fat Loss” workouts, then we can leverage your unique talents for additional programming (kickboxing, hip hop cardio, step cardio, twerking, you name it).

Responsibilities:

• Instruct predesigned workouts to groups up to 36 - 45 clients with modifications as needed
• Energize and motivate clients throughout the sessions
• Collaborate with CLFC team in helping build the membership base
• Generate client and staff referrals
• Ensures the camp workout space is clean and safe at all times
• Monthly mandatory team meetings, if needed.

• Strong work ethic that includes punctuality, organization, and attention to detail.
• Entrepreneurial mindset
• Social media presence is a plus
• Must have a passion for people, health, and fitness

Pay:
$25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Supplemental Pay:

• Bonus pay opportunity available
• Commission pay available
• *Possible Mileage pay for more than 20 miles round trip.
