Our ownership team took over the business in January 2020, and since then we have almost doubled our revenue! Our team gets to be part of this growth and our construction / reconstruction team is going to be a huge part of the growth -- we expect to quadruple the "recon" team over the next 12 months. Our ownership and management team are very motivated to grow and take this to the next level. Can you help us do that!? We have a great bonus structure in place to reward the entire team for productive and profitable quarters, in addition to solid pay and benefits.

Our core business is water, fire, and mold restoration, and the opportunities are enormous on the construction side! We work with commercial and residential remodeling and reconstruction and we are looking to hire an experienced lead carpenter/foreman. All of our carpenters are expected to have the following skills:

• Basic electrical and/or plumbing abilities (i.e. change an outlet, install sink faucet)
• Be able to install most types of tile on floors, shower walls, etc.
• Demolition
• Drywall
• Framing
• Finished carpentry
• Install doors, windows, flooring, cabinets, bathroom fixtures, and appliances.
• Manage and direct other carpenters on the job site daily.
• Know when to say "I need help"
• Want more out of their job than just a paycheck!

We expect our employees to:

• Have a valid driver license
• Work a 40 hour work week during normal business hours (8am to 5pm)
• Be available evenings and weekends to work overtime with notice
• Pass a 10 year background

Hourly wage dependent upon experience. Wage will be discussed prior to employment. New employees undergo a review after the first 90 days to determine fit, benefits eligibility and wage review.
