You are:
A Jr. Program Analyst who will support the DevOps and Data Analytics teams.

The Work:

• Support in analyzing the standards across the practices.

• Identify opportunities for streamlining and creating efficiencies in processes.

• Create process guides/presentations for professional development.

• Assist in the development, tracking, and reporting of KPIs.

• Provide administrative support in meetings, draft meeting minutes and summaries as required.

Here's what you need:

• U.S. Citizenship required

• 1 year work experience in business operations

• 1 year work experience with Microsoft Office Programs

Other required skills:

• Proficient written and verbal communication skills

Bous points if you have:

• 1 year experience or familiarity with data visualization tools
