Barrington Farm School is a 501(c)(3) non-profit in Barrington, RI with the mission to grow food, inspire learning, build community, and foster connection to the land, with the support of dedicated volunteers. We are a 501(c)(3) non-profit. We are seeking an experienced farmer and team leader to manage crop production on our historic farm, following regenerative practices. The Farm Manager will work to plan, manage, and optimize farm resources to grow a wide variety of crops on about 1.5 acres. The Farm Manager is responsible for all aspects of crop production and will oversee both the field crops and the farm’s high tunnel.
Seeking a manager for a family owned Christmas tree farm in the Northern Virginia area. This is a full time position driving long distances to deliver and plant trees at various retail locations. Previous experience managing a large number of field workers and equipment is required. This is a full time position that involves overtime and weekends during the holiday season.
