360° Executive Dashboard Lead
360° Executive Dashboards Lead – Design and manage 360-degree insights (i.e., Program Portfolio, Team Portfolio, Governance, Scorecard, Metrics, Risk etc.) for the group through automated, insightful, and actionable executive dashboards. Monitor and report on key success measures (e.g., KPIs, OKRs) to ensure effective operational execution to drive continuous improvement. Collaborate across technology, business, and corporate groups to ensure proactive governance across the portfolio. Orchestrate and deliver on various strategic projects for the team.

Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Design one view i.e., 360-degree insight of all RMDCT's portfolio of work (i.e., Program Portfolio, Team Portfolio, Governance, Scorecard, Metrics, Risk etc.)
- Monitor all key success measures across the group through automated, insightful, & actionable dashboards
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in industry-leading reporting tools and technologies (e.g., Tableau, Qualtrics, Adobe, Power BI, Confluence etc.)
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across RMDCT leaders and corporate groups to ensure proactive governance across the portfolio.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate business requirements into effective dashboards.
- Expertise in managing multiple critical projects, excellent project management skills, and proven experience in delivering outcomes aligned to the group's goals.
- Deep expertise in industry best-practices related to designing and delivering on executive dashboards as well as subject matter expertise in OKRs/KPIs/Risk/Governance
- Experience working with technology leaders / executives to anticipate data needs and develop forward looking plans while keeping focus on current book of work.
- Hands-on experience in working across geographies with global teams to drive results.
- Drive and inspire matrix resources across functional areas in the organization to deliver innovative solutions.

- University (Degree) Preferred

Required:
- 5+ yrs of technology and business management experience
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in industry-leading reporting tools and technologies (e.g., Tableau, Qualtrics, Adobe, Power BI, Confluence etc.)
Preferred:
- Technology background preferred
- Experience partnering with Executive Leadership/C-Suite
- Financial Services background preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Expertise in industry best-practices related to delivering on executive dashboards as well as subject matter expertise in OKRs/KPIs/Risk/Governance
Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
