Do you love supporting top notch executives? Do you like helping an office run efficiently? We have a critical role in supporting office management for our corporate headquarters location. This role will oversee maintaining and enhancing the office and workspaces for our growing team in Eden Prairie, MN. Additionally, they will provide daily administrative support for our Senior Vice President of Human Resources and Corporate Relations as well as provide support to the HR leadership team and Enterprise Functions HR. We are looking for a personable, experienced team player who thrives in a results-driven, fast-paced environment and who can exercise creativity and good judgment in a variety of situations.


Just some of the things you will get to lead in this role

  • Act as the primary point of contact related to day-to-day Eden Prairie office and facility requirements, including workspace planning, supply needs, and vendor management
  • Manage processes related to office operations including office equipment and supplies, building access, workspace solutions and move coordination
  • Supports process of planning, budgeting, and scheduling facility modifications in partnership with Executive Assistant, Administrative & Facilities Lead, including estimates on equipment, labor, materials, and other related costs
  • Complete a broad variety of administrative tasks for the assigned executive leader including: planning and coordinating schedules and meetings; managing calendar appointments; arranging complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas; completing expense reports; and preparing correspondence and presentations that are sometimes confidential.
  • Provide support to the HR leadership team and on various special projects to include activities such as, calendaring, planning meeting logistics, travel, communication support, and budget and expense management.
  • Assist on administrative tasks in partnership with the Enterprise Functions HR team in the areas of recruiting and hiring
  • Work closely with leadership and the executive admin team to lead and support company events such as the annual Leadership Summit, quarterly office meetings, etc.


Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum five years of related experience, preferably in a fast-paced and/or growing office environment
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point), Adobe Acrobat, others as identified.
  • This position may require travel to other Winnebago locations.
