Responsibilities
The Executive Assistant provides essential day-to-day support to the department/facility location, other executives and staff to ensure efficient operation of the office. This position also oversees office support activities as required.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
Ability to project a professional image
Working knowledge and ability to apply professional standards of practice in job situations
Strong organizational and analytical skills
Working knowledge of basic personal computer and software applications used in job functions (MS Suite
Education and/or Experience:
Minimum high school diploma or equivalent required; some college or technical training preferred
Previous AA or EA level experience preferred
Typing proficiency minimum of 55 words per minute
Ability to use the Microsoft Suite including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
