Job description

This position will help with a variety of professional and personal tasks by fully supporting leadership. The Executive Administrator should also have strong interpersonal skills to make phone calls and to collaborate with their Managers and other business professionals. The candidate must be highly organized and have great time management skills to properly prioritize the many tasks assigned to and by their employers and to ensure they complete these work items by their respective deadlines.

Major Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Schedule meetings and manage calendars
  • Answer phone calls and emails and take messages - Take accurate and comprehensive notes at meetings
  • Help with daily time management
  • Run errands as requested
  • Plan travel, including flights, accommodation and ground transportation
  • Coordinate events- setup off-site Leadership Meetings, Cater on-site meetings, setup reservations and create timely and accurate expense reports
  • Create meeting agendas and reports
  • Draft correspondence such as emails and letters
  • Other duties as required

Qualifications:

  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in business administration or business management is preferred but not necessary
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Tech-savvy and experience with word processing and email programs, specifically Microsoft Office and Outlook
  • Very skilled at time and calendar management
  • Active listening and good communication skills
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Ability to multitask
  • Strong time-management and organization skills
  • High level of confidentiality

Physical Requirements:

  • Lift up to 20 lbs. occasionally
  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
  • Ability to see and distinguish color
  • Bend, stoop, and carry
  • Repeating motion that may include wrists, hands, and fingers

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $22.00 per hour
