Essential Functions/Competencies

• Building relationships with clients, collectors and other employees based on trust and reliability.
• Learning the DOT regulations on drug collections and alcohol testing and applying that knowledge in interactions with clints and sub-contractors.
• Taking part in training and other learning opportunities to expand knowledge of client and company protocols as well as the Department of Transportation regulations.
• Respond to any issues that arise with collectors or clients, and document the steps taken in the resolution.
• Use computers to communicate testing details and scheduling information to collectors and clients.
• Constantly operate a computer and other office productive machinery, such as a copy machine and computer printer.
• Utilizing software, databases, scripts, client protocols and tools appropriately.
• Reviewing documentation for errors and accurately entering data into databases in an efficient manner.
• Engaging in active listening with callers, confirming or clarifying information.
• Answering or making calls to clients and subcontractors to gather or convey testing information.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Commitment to maintaining and developing the necessary interpersonal skills to meet the needs of MTS, our clients and business partners.
• Must be able to perform multiple duties and transition quickly between them depending on the needs of the business.
• Requires learn multiple programs and applications including Microsoft word, excel and outlook.
• Must possess a strong attention to detail and ability to enter data accurately

Physical

• Must be able to remain in a stationary position 80% of the time.
• Must be able to enter data into a computer 70% of the time.
• Operate and manage a multi-line telephone console system.
• Must be able to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $16.00 per hour
