Growing residential home improvement company looking for an experienced project manager to manage and close-out construction projects. Daily responsibilities include: meeting with customers, estimating the cost of jobs, and managing on-going projects.
Candidate requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years construction management experience.
- Proven track record of success managing similar types of projects.
- Must be organized and capable of allocating time and resources efficiently.
- Should be capable of using MS Word, Excel, or similar programs.
- Plus if proficient with Quickbooks Enterprise.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
