OBJECTIVES:
Become the functional ERP subject matter expert while continually improving your technical acumen
Build and manage a prioritized backlog list of ERP maintenance requests
Build a good working relationship with plant management and key users

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide daily ERP support to the business by:
Troubleshooting, analyzing, and resolving system issues
Communicating updated status of issue resolution to key stakeholders
Work with business leaders to maintain and prioritize a backlog of maintenance requests
Work with IT leaders and ERP developers to determine implementation timelines for maintenance requests
Participate in testing efforts and coordinate end user testing to meet agreed upon timelines

Provide support for ERP enhancements by:
Working with business team to understand business needs
Documenting business requirements
Conducting analysis and design sessions providing solution documentation
Documenting test plans
Supporting deployment to production environment
Analyze and create process models to portray a complete picture of workflows and technical requirements fulfilled by existing and proposed software
Participate in cross-functional process re-engineering sessions and continuous improvement efforts
Serve as the ERP subject matter expert understanding detailed system functionality
Build strong partnerships with key stakeholders
Support strategic projects such as the SAP implementation as an ERP subject matter expert
Actively support corporate efforts, policies, and protocols for Security, Information Protection, and Threat Protection

REQUIREMENTS:
Demonstrated ability to actively listen / distill a problem or need and translate into requirements that can be turned into a solution, e.g. user education, documentation, technical fix / enhancement, etc..
Proven ability to build relationships / partnerships in a manufacturing environment and to elicit detailed and accurate requirements from key stakeholders
Strong Customer Service and Learning and Development orientation, prior experience in these functions is a plus
Strong written and verbal communication skills including technical writing skills
