Northwestern Medical Center's mission is to provide exceptional healthcare for our community and we are currently recruiting for a Full-time (80 hours bi-weekly) Environmental Services Technician opportunity (primarily 3:00 pm- 11:30 p.m., at least two weekends a month).
JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for cleaning of patient rooms, clinical and public areas of the medical center; cleans and disinfects all environmental surfaces within the hospital, supports the linen service, collects and transports waste within the hospital using proper handling and disposal techniques.
PREREQUISITES
Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Prior Experience: Institutional cleaning experience preferred.
