Job Summary

The Enterprise Architecture Specialist will support the development and maintenance of architecture models, artifacts, and deliverables. The intent is to create and maintain an architecture repository in support of the Enterprise Architecture program. The models, artifacts and deliverables will be constructed through architecture tooling using data elements to render stakeholder views. These views will include catalogs or inventories, matrices, diagrams, and analytics such as reports and dashboards.

The role will be responsible for the configuration and operation of the EA tool and involve work across all architecture domains (e.g., business, data, application, technology) with exposure to all levels of leadership and all lines of business to ensure architecture content and data elements are identified, cataloged, and properly used to deliver business insights. Additionally, this role will help monitor the quality and accuracy of the architecture repository and identify opportunities for improvement.

Major Responsibilities

  • Support the development and maintenance of architecture models, artifacts, and deliverables, including reports and dashboards

  • Work collaboratively with architects, business partners, and project teams to create standardized stakeholder views

  • Collaborate with the stakeholders to configure the applications and the technologies in the EA tool

  • Present to various stakeholder groups, including all levels of leadership, to review architecture views models, artifacts, and deliverables

  • Oversee data quality within the architecture repository

  • Develop and executing queries upon request for data

  • Manage the architecture modeling tool, including administration, configuration, and end user support

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

  • A strong and effective change agent with excellent written and verbal communication skills capable of addressing stakeholders at different levels in the organization

  • A self-starter with the ability to drive progress on multiple concurrent assignments with little oversight

  • Experience with architecture modeling tools is required, such as Planview CTM

  • Experience with data analytics tools such as Power BI, SSRS, and SQL is preferred

  • Experience with industry standard architecture frameworks such as TOGAF is preferred

  • Experience with IT change management or control procedures including deployment across different tiers and environments is preferred

  • Agile development experience is desired

Location

*Open to remote candidates however, candidates local to Santa Ana, CA will be required to work a hybrid schedule.*

Salary Range $86,200-191,800 (annually)

This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
