We are looking for enthusiastic, career-minded, self-motivated, driven individuals to market Aflac Secondary insurance Business to Business in the East Idaho Area - Rexburg, Idaho Falls, Shelley, Rigby, Sugar City, St. Anthony, Island Park and surrounding areas We have full time positions available. We are now setting up interviews.

Requirements:

  • You must Be Currently living in East Idaho
  • Have basic computer skills
  • Have a Vibrant, friendly personality
  • Have access to a lap top or desk top computer with a front facing camera
  • Enjoys talking with individuals and groups of people.
  • Professional presence and appearance.
  • Reliable Transportation, car insurance and valid drivers license.
  • Ability to study for and pass a test for your insurance license.
  • Ability to self motivate and self manage.
  • Some type of sales experience preferred
  • Unlimited Drive and Determination.

Role Responsibilities:

· Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals and cold calls.

· Meet with business owners to understand their employee benefits strategy and needs.

· Conduct virtual and on-site presentations to position the value of Aflac’s products and services.

· Educate employees on available benefits packages and support their enrollment.

· Provide ongoing enrollment and claims support to new and existing clients.

The Benefits provider position offers a Semi- Flexible Schedule with no nights, weekends, or holidays! You’ll have the opportunity to earn a great income along with bonus opportunities, incentives and trip rewards by providing great customer service to existing accounts and by marketing secondary insurance to new local business's and their employees.

This is a 1099 position. Aflac benefits advisors earn commissions, bonuses, residual income and stock. Aflac benefits advisors are independent agents and are not Aflac employees.
