Specific Responsibility:
  • Provide daily supervision to the automation engineering and technical team members
  • Work cross functionally across the value streams to establish voice of sponsor on projects
  • Execute projects and provide IQOQPQ process control documentation for deployed automation
  • Explore IIOT industry 4.0 technology that is aligned with the OT Smart Factory roadmaps
  • Analyze effectiveness of existing processes, tooling and equipment. Recommend automation solutions to reduce variation; improve yield, productivity & product quality; reduce cycle time; and enhance process reliability & field performance.
  • Provide technical output against individual work assignments. Ensure employees maintain technical skill sets through training and development plans.
  • Work with project management to estimate manpower, manage budgets, schedule completion dates, monitor progress, and evaluate the results of jobs.
  • Assure that work performed follows generally stated objectives and is completed on time and within budget.
  • Coach and evaluate performance / contributions during quarterly performance reviews and annual calibrations.
  • Promptly address performance issues, documenting corrective action plans.
