Welcome to Advanced Dental Center! We are a local family owned high end dental practice with four locations around Louisville, KY.
We are currently looking for an Endodontist (1099) to join out team! Looking for a 1 day a week commitment. Modern office with amazing technology. Busy with HMO, PPO and fee for service patients. We offer a great environment and culture!
We are offering:
- 1 once a week (rotation at different office locations)
- Flexible working hours
- Independent Contractor
- Paid on percentage
Requirements of the position include:
- Graduation from a U.S. accredited four year dental school (DDS/DMD) required.
- Post-graduate of a U.S. Endo program with certificate to practice Endodontics.
- Unrestricted license to practice dentistry in the State of Kentucky.
- DEA registration.
- Current CPR (BLS) from the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross.
- Ability to obtain and maintain Professional malpractice insurance.
