We value a work-life balance, support training as well as development and multiple schedules that works for everyone! **Full-time EMT** - start at $23.00/hr for 6 month probation period. Successfully completing the probation period at 6 months, you will receive a wage increase to $25/hr and a bonus of $2,028.00 - reimbursement fee for EMT course. **Part-time EMT** - start at $20.00/hr with annual step increases

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Obeys the policies and procedures of NWA and County Medical Protocols.

2. Completes dispatched assignments proficiently and provides timely paperwork.

3. Must be punctual and attentive in nature.

4. Appropriate documentation in accordance with company policies and procedures.

5. Assesses risks to patient safety and follows procedures to always ensure safety of oneself and others.

6. Ability to always operate the ambulance in a safe manner.

7. Responds to instructions from dispatcher and management in accordance with provided timely compassionate care.

8. Act in a manner of integrity that shows support for the company, its values, and the employees, while maintaining constant focus on meeting as well as exceeding customer requirements and expectations to provide the highest level of patient care.

9. Complies with treatment protocols, response requirements and with Washington State and company requirements for operation of a motor vehicle.

10. Maintains a professional appearance and uniforms standards.

11. Perform other duties as assigned.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & EDUCATION:

* NREMT(required to apply for WA state EMT certification per State requirements), upon hire date must be able to show proof of passing exam score.

* or have a Washington State EMT Certification.

* Driver’s License in good standing.

* Must be 19 years or older at time of hire.
