Job Summary
This position requires mechanical and electrical skills for the assembly of power distribution and conditioning equipment.
Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for the assembly and/or wiring of electrical cabinets, and will build production sub-assemblies, using detailed work instructions and standard and specialized hand tools
You will have the ability to Read, understand and work to product documentation (blue prints, detailed drawings, procedures, etc.) and correctly generate detailed assembly records documenting actions taken
You will have the skills required to interface with quality representatives, manufacturing engineers, and/or customer representatives as well as ensure the highest possible quality on product manufactured.
You will have the ability to assemble, wire, and/or case pre-production products (with guidance), visually inspect work previously performed by others, and perform necessary changes, modifications, and/or repairs as directed
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to work independently and also contribute as a team member
- Basic knowledge and ability to use hand tools
- Able to follow written and oral instructions
- U.S. Citizenship required
- 2-3 years comparable experience strongly preferred

- Blueprint Reading
- Quality Inspection Experience
- Electrical Schematics
- Electrical Troubleshooting Skills
- Mechanical Assembly Skills
- Quality Control Data Analysis
- High School / GED
- Shop Math Skills
Salary info:
$20.40 - $21.70 / hr
