As an Electrician Helper, you will join us on our mission of providing world-class service to our customers by delivering a five-star window installation experience to our customers. You will report directly to our Installation Manager and work closely with our Lead Installers, Trainers, and Warehouse/Operations professionals.

DESCRIPTION:
As an Electrician Helper, you will join us on our mission of providing world-class service to our customers by delivering a five-star window installation experience to our customers. You will report directly to our Installation Manager and work closely with our Lead Installers, Trainers, and Warehouse/Operations professionals.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Pill, cut, and place conduits according to work order, manufacturer, quality, and safety guidelines.
- Review your daily work schedule and ensure the truck is loaded with all products, tools, and equipment for the day.
- Report safety, customer, or quality concerns.
- Interact with customers in a professional manner and achieve/maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Reading and interpreting field drawings and blueprints is helpful.
- Read a measuring tape.
- Maintain accurate records and document obstacles.
- Follow OSHA safety standard practices.
- Perform other duties or special projects as assigned.
- Valid Driver’s License
REQUIREMENTS:
- A proven track record of superior workmanship
- Incredible attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- High level of efficiency and accuracy.
- Ability to use hand tools such as tape measures, levels, hand drills, and electric saws.
- Individual must provide their own set of basic hand and electric tools.
- Superior verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent intrapersonal skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
- Excellent oral communication skills
- High self-initiative with the ability to work well under pressure and with minimal supervision.
