Job Requirements:
Working knowledge of trouble-shooting equipment and high and low voltage circuitry. Prior experience wiring electrical panels. Prior experience with basic process instrumentation equipment. Have basic computer knowledge with Microsoft Office applications.
Responsibilities:
Responsible to repair, troubleshoot, and maintain SFC facility and equipment in a safe and efficient manner. Ensures work is of highest standards and meets OSHA requirements. Records required preventive maintenance data and maintains required records, including process monitoring / measurement devices. Supports and implements SFC policies, work instructions, procedures, including the SFC Quality Management System (QMS) Adhere to all OSHA standards and regulations, such as; Lockout/Tagout, NFPA 70E, and Confined Space. Perform all other duties as directed by Maintenance Manager.
Qualifications/ Experience:
May require a high school diploma or GED. 2+ years as an industrial electrician, and maintenance mechanic, or in the electrical and maintenance field. Able to use various hand tools and electrical test equipment. (Digital Multi-meter) Basic PC skills required to use a computerized maintenance management system. Ability to follow directions and specifications. Problem solving, excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
