Laderach Chocolatier Suisse NA, is hiring an Ecommerce Team Lead/Supervisor. The Ecommerce Team Lead/Supervisor position will support the continuous operations of our marketplace business to ensure team KPI’s, project deliverables met & proper workflow. This position will collaborate with Customer Experience staff to deliver exceptional customer service within a fast-paced logistics environment and will report to Department Management.

The Ecommerce Fulfillment associate position is perfect for an individual interested in working within a fast growing and dynamic environment. The role requires agility and adaptability to ensure we’re able to meet the demand for our growing brand in the US and provide a best-in-class online experience. You will be responsible for day-to-day operations and include, but not limited to performance coaching, conflict resolution, disciplinary recommendations & task delegation.

This position is based in NY, New York midtown tri-state area & is Temp – Perm/Seasonal

Key Responsibilities

• Utilize various OS & ERP systems
• Oversee management of inventory and replenishment
• Reconcile Customer Tickets in a timely manner
• Supervising small
• Track inventory discrepancies & coordinate solutions
• Document key processes & discrepancies to ensure continuity & performance
• Additional cross-functional operational duties as assigned by Management

Requirements

• Proficiency with tools such as, but not limited to Microsoft office, Outlook, Zoom
• Ability to handle competing task, Communicate effectively
• Willing to learn and take on new challenges
• Comfortable proposing new ideas to drive efficiency, conversion
• Adaptable, positive, curious, self-motivated, and solution orientated
• FT Availability for up to 5 shifts a week including Weekends; will also consider PT applicants
• 2-4 years of professional working experience in Ecommerce, Logistics, or related fields pref.
• Possesses ownership attitude, strong sense of quality work & time management
• Detail & organization Oriented
• Must be fluent in English language
• Must be able to lift upwards of 40lbs
