E-commerce Coordinator and Account Manager
Full time-Cresskill, NJ, Currently Remote with 4 days in office, 1 day WFH

Laural Home is a home décor company with more than 40 years of experience and a mission to define living spaces with quality, art-inspired décor. We specialize in bedding and bath products, as well as decorative pillows, rugs and pet beds.
Applicant must be able to commute to our Cresskill, NJ office, 4 days per week, balance remote
Responsibilities and Duties
- E-commerce set-ups and onboarding for retail accounts
- Daily order entry and maintenance of e-commerce websites (Amazon, Bed Bath & Beyond, JCPenney, Overstock, Wayfair, Lowe's, Commerce hub etc.)
- Load new items onto websites.
- Invoice customer shipments
- Inventory management; loading proper inventory levels onto customers web portals
- Customer Service- answer incoming customer calls and reply to customer emails regarding order issues, returns and product questions
- Communicate with our e-commerce partners involving customer's product questions and order status.
Qualifications and Skills
- BA required
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a relevant role required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel) required
- Customer Service Experience required
- Experience with QuickBooks a plus
- Experience with G-Suite a plus
- Attention to detail and strong organizational and time management skills required
