Drama Camp Administrative Staff

The Alliance Theatre’s Education Department is looking to fill administrative staff positions for summer drama camp. We are looking for camp coordinators, a satellite camp coordinator, and auxiliary positions. Camps run Monday - Friday from May 31st - August 5th. Due to holidays, we will not be having camp on May 30th, June 20th, or July 4th. Hours are dependent on position, but will roughly be 8-9 hours per day.

CAMP COORDINATOR
Job Responsibilities:
- Manages day to day camp operations
- Coordinates camp staff schedules and daily responsibilities
- Communicates effectively with security and special events teams regarding camp logistics
- Executes check-in, pick up, drop off, and aftercare for Summer Drama Day Camp
- Oversee camp procedures
- Works closely with camp leadership to ensure a successful experience for young actors
Compensation: $600/week
SATELLITE CAMP COORDINATOR
Job Responsibilities:
- Manages day to day camp operations at satellite locations
- Functions as administrative leadership at satellite locations
- Ensures camp teachers at satellite locations have sufficient supplies and materials
- Communicates effectively with satellite contacts regarding camp logistics
- Executes check-in, pick up, drop off for Summer Drama Day Camp at satellite camps
- Manages and supervises satellite camp teaching artists and teaching assistants
Compensation: $600/week
CAMP AUXILIARY SUPPORT
Job Responsibilities:
- Communicates effectively with the entire camp team
- Provides supervision during student lunch break
- Support camp teachers by providing student and classroom assistance
- Assists camp staff with administrative duties as assigned
- Executes check-in, pick up, drop off, and t-shirt sales for Summer Drama Day Camp
