Job description
Your Role: Receiving and evaluating the condition of product, loading and unloading trailers, merchandise pricing, and additional duties as required.
Inputting accurate inventory quantities into Retail System- Loading/unloading product from trailers manually or with forklift equipment
- Identifying and evaluating product condition for reclaim
- Researching item information for errors utilizing multiple systems
- Serve as a backup driver for Dorothy’s Market delivery truck
- Applies lean thinking and tools to identify and eliminate waste in all areas of the position
Role Specifics:
- Schedule: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. Hours: 3:00pm - 1:30am.
- Job Demands: Extensive standing/walking on concrete
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to repetitively lift weights up to 50 pounds
- Ability to deal with pressure and work with all customers in a professional and courteous manner
- Effective math skills
- Sufficient vision and hearing necessary to operate powered equipment safely
- Previous grocery or retail experience
- Previous computer experience
- Previous experience in Microsoft Excel
- Wage Range: $15.27 - $21.75, plus frozen and evening differential.
