Provides an extraordinary hospitality experience for all our guests.- Warm, smiling & friendly demeanor, engaging conversationalist.
- Remember and recognize repeat guests.
- Ensures fast and efficient service to all guests on island
- Interacts with all guest, employees and purveyors in a professional and hospitable manner.
- Proficient knowledge of all island operations and systems
- Promotes a professional, helpful and courteous work environment
Responsibility’s & Tasks
Ensure guest safely navigate Lovango dock and moorings- Help facilitate guest check in with front desk
- Operate POS, Hotel and Club systems
- Handle all guests questions related to property
- Tend to guest needs at dock
- Maintains a clean, neat and organized area
- Opening and closing procedures are followed each shift
Please note our season is from Mid December - End of July. All employees must be available for the full season.
