We are searching for motivated individuals looking for a career in the exciting New Home Industry as a Division Office Manager at our Ft. Myers/Babcock Ranch location. In this position, you will be responsible for:
- Maintaining and managing complex paperwork; complete month end reporting
- Interact with Sellers, Title Company and Corporate to assure timely lot purchase
- Reviewing all invoices and utility bills for accuracy and payment
- Consistent interaction with customers and outside vendors
- Managing office facilities/supplies
- Other duties as needed for success
Requirements Include:
- A minimum of 2 years professional office experience
- Excellent technology skills including Excel and Outlook
- Exemplary communication skills with customer service focus
- Detail-orientated with excellent time management skills
- Real estate closing experience
- Associates Degree or Advanced Education a plus
- Can work independently and with a team
