Your Responsibilities


As a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) Program Manager for John Deere Financial (JDF) Worldwide Headquarters located in Johnston, IA, you will support and help drive execution of JDF’s highest priority DEI initiatives and programs, with a keen focus on increasing representation of underrepresented groups. In addition, you will:


  • Partner with the JDF executive team and global DEI leadership across JDF to ensure alignment with DEI principles
  • Serve as a key advisor and coach on DEI-related issues at all levels and provide guidance and advice for executive team members and global DEI leadership teams
  • Communicate and collaborate with existing DEI groups and other individuals who have been leading DEI work internally, to ensure clarity of purpose, efficacy, and coordination across efforts
  • Deliver and facilitate training and group discussion opportunities for employees globally on DEI topics
  • Identify, build, and sustain strategic partnerships with community and diversity organizations
  • Proactively monitor best practices and internal/external DEI trends and translate those into practical and actionable recommendations
  • Track and report on DEI progress utilizing metrics and data to measure success and drive accountability

  • Outstanding communication skills (verbal, facilitation, written and presentation) exhibited at all levels with the organization, with proven experience navigating difficult and sensitive conversations
  • Ability to travel up to 25%

Ideally you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following:
