Job Description:
High Porch Coffee llc is a rapidly growing company which owns and operates Scooter's Coffee locations in Illinois and Iowa. We are actively seeking a District Manager to join our growing team in the Northwestern Illinois area! District Managers are responsible for talent management, growing store sales, monitoring key financials, making sure that brand standards are upheld, and creating a positive and fun store culture!
Responsibilities:
- Oversee six to eight Scooters Coffee locations within Quad Cities, Princeton, Kewanee, Galesburg, Geneseo and surrounding areas.
- Hire, train, develop, and retain a team of strong managers within the district focusing on store operations, customer service, leadership, and management tasks.
- Train and develop a bench of internal employees to step into leadership roles as needed.
- Ensure stores are operating with excellence to our operating standards and providing exceptional customer service.
- Make recommendations to improve customer experience and ultimately grow store sales.
- Identify bottlenecks and problems in a store and create an action plan to remove these issues.
- Monitor and maintain company budgets.
- Teach store leaders to develop a team and create a fun and friendly work environment.
- Develop and maintain a positive culture in all operations.
- Engage and motivate barista and management teams.
- Set goals and create accountability measures within the team.
- Work in stores, side by side, with managers daily maintaining great relationships within the team.
- Will be required to operate a NEW STORE as part of development while market grows.
