The District Manager position contributes to Nekter Juice Bar’s success by directing and educating the General Managers within their specified district on their store operations. The district manager must provide clear direction and leadership to help the store management drive sales, manage budget, and ensure profitability. You should have experience leading multiple stores because you’ll also be responsible for ensuring district-wide customer satisfaction and measuring the financial performance of all of the locations in your area. Sales/Customer Service
Accountable for sales growth within the district and assists the store managers in developing and reaching their sales goals
Responds pro-actively to prevent and resolve customer service situations
Maintains and drives high standards and expectations of customer service by empowering store teams

Is sales driven and generates a sales environment in stores through customer engagement
Ensures that marketing efforts are consistent across each store

Operations
Routinely visits stores assigned to district, ensuring Nekter and AY Juice policies and procedures are properly executed
Sets up and maintains cost and labor controls through proper scheduling and business review
Monitors controllable store expenses for profitability. Creates action plans for deficiencies
Assists upper management in store budget projections
Responsible for store management supervision including but not limited to providing direction to the team, corrective counseling, and conducting meaningful performance evaluations
Recruiting, training and disciplining store managers
Conducts regularly scheduled meetings to provide direction, communicate company initiatives, reviews sales plans, promotions, and other key actions
Checks store equipment and facilities to ensure proper maintenance and reduce repair costs
Responsible for ensuring that all financial (invoices, reporting) and personnel/payroll related administrative duties are completed accurately, on time and in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Product Knowledge
Educate store managers and staff on all products and services
Consistently maintains the highest quality of product standards to consistently deliver the Nekter Experience
Ensures that staff are properly trained on new products, promotions, and LTOs

Qualifications
High School Diploma/GED required, Bachelor’s Degree preferred/ or relevant experience
3 or more years of management experience
Responsibility for training and developing teams
Strong leadership skills
Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing
Basic skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information

Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
