This role will provide technical field support to service providers and end-users of industrial air compressors and other Doosan Portable Power products. This role will ensure field issues are identified and resolved quickly to eliminate downtime and ensure satisfaction and loyalty is maintained.

Location: Candidate should currently reside in an area near a major Western United States airport, ideally in Dallas, TX; Houston, TX; San Antonio, TX.

The qualified candidate will have:

• Education Required: Associates degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience Required: 5 years in this field or 10 years of field service support.
• Demonstrated experience training/mentoring service techs.
• Experience with portable power air compressors, generators and/or diesel engines is a plus.
• Knowledge of electric motors, micro-processors, analog machine control systems and AC/DC electrical systems.
• Proven ability to document field complaints and apply appropriate solutions.
• High level of skill in reading/interpreting electrical schematics and mechanical instruction manuals.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to function in an interruption driven environment.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license and in good standing.
• Travel: up to 75%.
