Primary Function:

The primary function of our Aircraft Dispatchers is provide support to all departments to ensure our aircraft and personnel are prepared to handle our customers needs. Our Dispatchers coordinate and dispatch all of our aircraft and flight crew, as well as, handle catering requests, transportation arrangements, accommodations and any other needs that may arise.

Job Requirement:

• Minimum 1-2 years Aviation dispatch experience
• Must have excellent phone skills, verbal and written communication skills
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment
• Must demonstrate strong analytical and decision making skills
• Must be available for on-call responsibilities during the weekends and evenings
• International dispatching and trip planning experience a plus
• Experience with CTA - FOS system a plus
• Must have strong Microsoft Word and Excel skills

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and schedule the companies 12 aircraft and 40 crew members
• Prepare quotes for managed and charter customers
• Coordinate customer requests including catering, transportation, hotels, etc.
• Arrange ground handling and support
• Negotiate fuel prices for company aircraft
• Arrange landing permits and over-flight permits
• Notify U.S. Customs when required
• Maintain and enhance relationships with existing customers
• Develop relationships within the aviation industry that will help broaden our customer base
