Dispatcher Job Responsibilities
- Arranges freight for a variety of customer shipments
- Helps develop and maintain carrier base.
- Timely communication with customers and carriers via phone, email, and text.
- Keeps customers informed of issues and status updates on loads and responds to customer and carrier questions or concerns.
- Assists with order entry and appointment scheduling.
- Communicates with vendors and coordinates emergency and on-road breakdowns.
- Protects the interest of Xtreme Express, it’s customers and vendors by keeping pricing, sales volumes, credit-limit, and any other sensitive information confidential.

10AM-6PM
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
