Requirements/Responsibilities

Job Summary:
Dishwasher/Stocker maintains our prep and storage area but does so much more than just that. They are in charge of storage and walk-in refrigeration stocking and stock maintenance. They follow receiving procedures, making sure that our storages are neat, clean and well organized, using FIFO method and following Health Department food storage regulations. During morning shift, they set up our sidewalk tables and chairs each day, and are in charge of morning detailing of the storefront windows and the guest bathroom. During their workday, depending on the shift worked, a Dishwasher/Stocker can expect about 2-3 hours of potato cutting using wall mounted machine, and/or 2-3 hours of manual dishwashing in a three-compartment sink, washing mainly prep and storage containers ( we use disposable goods for service). They are in charge of changing the beer kegs in the walk-in refrigerator as requested by a supervisor. They are great team members who support their co-workers and supervisors in achieving common goals and genuinely care about the team.
