Job description
This position is responsible for effectively clearing tables (as requested), washing dishes, putting away dishes, and assisting with kitchen sanitization.
All duties will be performed in accordance with established community standards, policies and procedures, customer service objectives.
Qualifications:
- Current Food Handlers Permit for state in which employed.
- Drug and alcohol-free test
- Able to pass criminal background check.
- Ability to effectively communicate in English.
- May be required to work weekends, holidays, and after-hours.
- Other duties as assigned
Duties and Responsibilities:
Ø Washing/Drying and storing dishes following established procedures.
Ø Maintain clean, well-organized dish-pit.
Ø Complete daily, weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly cleaning duties as assigned.
Ø Keeps equipment in kitchen clean per schedule.
Ø Washing edges and legs of table as scheduled/needed.
Ø Assists with clearing tables and setting up dining area as requested.
Ø Complete daily, weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly cleaning duties as assigned.
Ø May assist with putting away orders/stock as requested.
Ø Removing/throwing away garbage at end of shift and/or between meals.
Ø Other duties as assigned.
