Major Function
- Minimum requirement of BA/BS degree and at least ten years related practical experience in safety and security management, or equivalent.
- Experience working in safety and security for an organization with a global footprint, including overseas work in insecure and/or hostile environments.
- Experience performing risk assessments, incident reporting, incident mapping, and intelligence curation and analysis.
- A formal security qualification or appropriate security management training.
- Excellent interpersonal skills necessary to provide outstanding client service to a multi-cultural workforce operating in challenging environments.
- Ability to travel (approximately 20%) internationally and in insecure or hostile environments.
- Strong technology skills, both with security and communications related equipment, and computer skills in MS Office and related applications.
- Ability to provide clear written and verbal advice.
- Able to work independently as well as work effectively as a member of a team.
- Spanish fluency preferred.
