Background:
Our client, is looking for their next Director of Talent Acquisition to become part of an amazing team.
Our company is looking for an exceptional Director of Talent Acquisition to design and execute our talent acquisition strategies that build a strong employer brand, demonstrate measurable impact and outcomes, and yield solid talent pipelines.
We are looking for someone who finds challenges in strategic talent acquisition and can deliver on
current business needs while planning for growth and future talent needs, and has a passion for
the tactical sides of attracting talent. This person should be knowledgeable of current and
emerging trends and have a reputation for developing exceptional teams that provide excellent
results by hiring the best, diverse talent.
The Director of Talent Acquisition will need to ensure we have an efficient operating model and
the right capabilities to enable our dynamic business. They must maintain a quality, compliant,
and efficient experience for candidates and hiring teams.
Job Requirements:
Partner with business leaders to identify workforce needs, hot skill areas, and competencies
needed to strengthen our company and prepare it for the future.
Assess and improve the talent acquisition operating model to ensure we are using “Best in
Class” practices. You will be accountable for delivering the necessary data-led insights to inform
our current and future plans.
Leverage new and existing technology platforms to automate and streamline the recruiting and
hiring processes.
Refine and execute the recruiting brand to position the Company as an employer of choice.
Help us move from headcount planning to strategic workforce planning.
Coach hiring managers on talent acquisition strategies; navigate and resolve supply and
demand issues.
Design and implement unique programs that set Company apart and support the company's
culture. Contribute to the global talent strategy as a member of the People Development
Leadership team.
Define and continuously manage key recruitment metrics and measure ROI impact to the
organization.
Manage, motivate, and develop a talent acquisition team comprised of management, recruiters,
and administrative staff.
Coach and consult with hiring managers on recruitment and talent mobility best practices to
ensure that talent acquisition is driving the business to meet and achieve its goals.
Expertly utilize innovative social media and internet marketing strategies to foster the best
applicant pools and employee brand messaging.
Spearhead targeted attraction strategies for critical labor market segments to build a preference
for Company.
Ensure Company’s talent pipeline is highly diverse, attracting candidates from a wide range of
geographies, backgrounds, and perspectives.
Oversee campus recruiting, candidate experience, and employee referral programs.
Partner with Finance, Compensation, and Benefits to ensure our competitive position.
Establish and manage outcome-focused recruiting processes that are data-driven to provide our
executive team with real-time visibility to impact and results.

tactical requirements –

Interpersonally skilled: have a proven track record as a relationship builder, team player,
collaborator, coach, and facilitator
Work ethic: willing to make the effort to achieve aggressive goals with a sense of urgency
Experience:
Over 5 years of progressive talent acquisition leadership roles.
Current or prior experience at a high-growth, fast-paced company. Working within a sales
the environment is a plus.
Strong record of leading others, building trusting relationships, and creating highly engaged
teams
Successful, progressive in-house recruiting experience in a high-volume environment
Ability to forge and foster strong working relationships with leaders and peers within the
organization, specifically at the C-suite level
Strategic thinking, business acumen, consulting, coaching, and analytical skills are a
requirement.
Education
Bachelor; degree from a four-year college or university in Business, Human Resources, or
related field.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in a multi-state organization recruitment
Experience with applicant tracking systems and development and management of diversity
programs, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
