LMC Landscape Partners is searching for a Marketing Director, who excels in business-to-business marketing of commercial services, to achieve and exceed LMC Landscape Partners’ defined sales and marketing goals and business objectives. Our Marketing Director will be responsible for the company’s overall marketing strategy as well as the execution of tactics that support established goals. Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, this role will be critical to the success of expanding our geographic coverage area and market share. We are open to a hybrid working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct the marketing strategy, tactics, and activity, with regular input from and collaboration with other members of the Sales Leadership Team, including the Chief Executive Officer and the Business Development and Sales Team
  • Contribute to the effectiveness of the overall organization by developing and sharing best-practices, market intelligence, and other information to support the company’s business objectives
  • Develop and implement marketing, social and digital plans, including promotional calendars and programs, new service introductions and other marketing projects to support Business Development and Sales efforts.
  • Assist in the creation of processes for efficiently managing and streamlining sales and marketing communication activities.
  • Develop monthly analytics and ROI reports and dashboards for key campaigns and initiatives, assessing trends and identifying areas for enhancement and improvement in current processes.
  • Identify new opportunities to enhance communication with sales team members, leveraging internal communication channels with innovation and creativity, and executing tactics for delivering key messages and information to sales audiences.
  • Serve as brand ambassador and refresh, expand branding efforts and corporate identity initiatives.
  • Oversee the operation of company’s website (and those of acquisitions), SEO, and email marketing programs, in addition to regional campaigns and initiatives.
  • Create and manage marketing budget and monthly reporting.
  • Continue to obtain customer feedback via customer, brand and product research initiatives. Supervise customer satisfaction programs.
  • Manage agency providers, consultants, freelancers and other suppliers. Vet and negotiate contracts.
  • As the company grows, build and supervise marketing team, including hiring, onboarding, training, scheduling, and performance management

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree Business Communications, Marketing or related field required; MBA is a plus
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive B2B marketing experience of business services is required
  • Experience in digital marketing, Salesforce, B2B social media initiatives, and managing creative teams, including outside vendors.
  • Must be able to travel up to 30% of the time
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong critical thinking and negotiation skills
  • Strong planning and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
  • Demonstrates leadership skills with ability to build and grow team members

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
