Dietary Aide/Dining Room Server

JOB PURPOSE: The Dining Room Server performs designated work and cleaning routines for the Dining Department and is accountable to the Dining Manager. In the absence of Dining Manager, Dining Room Server is accountable to the Cook.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS: High school diploma or equivalent desired. Experience is preferred, but not necessary. Ability to read, understand and follow directions and work assignments required. Willingness to perform routine, repetitive tasks with frequent interruptions preferred. Ability to work flexible hours required. Must be willing to accept re-assignment (temporary or permanent if needed) to other area Wingate facilities.

Weekly day range:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Needham Heights, MA 02494: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
