What you will be doing:
The Digital Marketing Manager will accelerate our growth for drybar.com and our retail partners. You will be joining an iconic brand that is rapidly growing its digital presence. Responsible for building profitable online marketing campaigns to grow the online programs.
This role will be responsible for building, growing, and optimizing the online marketing programs and portfolio (email, display, mobile, paid media, remarketing, SEM, etc.) to acquire new customers, increase retention and drive profitable sales.
This exemplar person is a data-driven digital marketer with broad skills in SEO, SEM, content marketing, and digital media (media planning, media buying, audience development, measurement, and data storytelling). The Digital Marketing Manager will be a confident individual with a strong marketing background who understands the importance of developing and implementing innovative marketing strategies. More importantly, we are looking for a self-starter who can also collaborate with a fun and dynamic team.
This person loves all things digital and always keeps abreast of the latest trends and developments in the online space. The ideal candidate is creative and hard-working, regularly generating new insights to develop and grow our brand and community.
  • Acquisition, conversion, spend and revenue forecasts. This includes analysis, monitoring and communication of digital marketing performance to business members.
  • Partner with internal departments to ensure proper online messaging and relevancy, ensure consistency of messages across multiple networks, preparing reports to update internal teams and executives on channel growth, customer engagement and other key performance metrics.
  • Ensure online quality standards are maintained for representation of brand and message in all digital content presentation and location of ad space.
  • Manage internal and external relationships with all digital marketing key team members and partners.
  • Support the development and execution of segmentation and test strategies to ensure web content and digital relevance to distinct customer groups. Identify, test and implement new opportunities to improve conversion and customer happiness online and via digital communications.
  • Responsible for digital marketing content calendar including write project briefs, manage internal and external design and production in the development of the campaign tools and coordinate the final execution and implementation of programs.
  • Continuously tests new digital opportunities with current and potential partners.
  • Leverage email marketing to drive retention and revenue, partnering with the marketing team and applying database segments to improve marketing tactics.
  • Build, implement, and evaluate higher funnel marketing campaigns geared towards building awareness and driving micro-conversions such as account creations, email sign-ups, email preference updates, loyalty reward membership, lead generation and product review submissions.
  • Develop performance media plans to improve impact on traffic, return on investment and revenue for both online and retail partner businesses.
  • Plan and manage the development of web content and digital marketing campaigns end-to-end, including planning, targeting, set-up, testing, execution, reporting and optimization. Ensure all online marketing channels are aligned with brand marketing calendars while keeping an eye out for potential issues and/or opportunities.
  • Drive cross-team processes for effective, on-time delivery of content, promotions, and marketing plans through strong internal relationships and coordinating across departments.
Skills needed to be successful in this role:
  • Demonstrated ability of achieving results in a fast-paced growth environment through analysis and collaboration with internal and external relationships
  • Excellent analytical, communication and time leadership skills
Minimum Qualifications:
  • 5+ years’ experience of developing and managing digital marketing
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Experience with all facets of paid marketing including, but are not limited to email, SEM, CSEs, affiliate marketing, paid social media advertising, retargeting, display and mobile advertising
  • Experience in program testing, tracking, database segmentation and profiling, targeting, tag management, site metrics and analysis including A/B, multi-variate testing and customer experience initiatives that drive acquisition and/or conversion
  • Master of MS Office Suite including Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience with Google Analytics, AdWords, ESP platforms and other paid media tools
  • Experience building revenue and spend forecast from the ground up
  • Project management experience with Interactive Marketing and/or Web projects
  • Marketing/Web experience associated with a national-level retailer
  • Understanding of retail industry and related retail channels
  • Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
In California, Colorado, and New York City, the standard base pay range for this role is $60,259.97 - $117,280.97 annually. This base pay range is specific to California, Colorado, and New York City and may not be applicable to other locations. Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to location, experience, skill level, and performance. The range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees.
