You’ve probably seen us! We sell advertising in your community and post that advertising at the front entrance of your local retailers with sanitizing wipes for customers.

Terraboost is seeking a Digital Field Technician to install digital kiosks at our partner retailers. This position will travel nationally during the first three months of employment. After the national installation project is completed the position will be based out of Charlotte, NC.

Responsibilities:

• Install digital kiosks in various stores – setup Chromebox and CradlePoint routers while ensuring accurate advertisements are displayed.
• Technical aspects include connecting components with wires and through wireless communication.
• Follow assigned routes and time schedules.
• Offer best-in-class customer service with open, accurate and professional communication.
• Communicate with team members to convey status of completed work via phone and digital communication using SmartSheets.

Required Skills and Abilities:

• Must be able to pass DOT physical and drug screen (including marijuana).
• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and auto insurance.
• Ability to be away from home for 8 weeks at a time (during first 3 months of employment).
• Willing to drive up to 300 miles per day.
• Effective organization and time management skills.
• Experience with technical troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to lift 75 pounds.

Minimum Required Experience and Education:

• Some experience as an installation driver or field service technician, preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
