Job description
Job Summary: Promotes personalized care to assigned patients within department guidelines that includes accuracy of menu, meal, nourishment and supplies; stocking and records; nutritional screening and patient education; medical record documentation; and appropriate referral. This position is the key liaison between FNS, Nursing and the patient for nutrition/hospitality services. May perform other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements: High school diploma, Dietetic Technician Certification from the American Dietetic Association.
$21.06-$29.64 hourly. Salary will be commensurate with experience.
