Portageville Health Care Center is currently seeking professional and reliable Dietary Cooks. PHCC provides an exceptional work environment, great benefits, on-the-job training, and a family-like environment that employees and residents can thrive in.
The dietary cook will work alongside the Dietary Manager to help prepare food for residents. They often have responsibilities such as: preparing meals, snacks and beverages, serving meals, enforcing safety measures, taking inventory of kitchen supplies, staying current in regard to state-specified rules and regulations, and reading detailed dietary orders.
