Job description
We have an immediate long-term opportunity with one of our prime clients for a position of Desktop Support Technician to work in Kansas City, MO.
The ideal candidate must have extensive experience providing first-level support via remote desktop tools, updating exciting Help Desk documentation to reflect troubleshooting steps for known errors, ensuring proper documentation of incidents and requests, and adhering to established ticketing processes.
