JOB DESCRIPTION
COT Eastern Field Services is looking to fill a Desktop Support position in the Burgin Area. We will be looking for a very knowledgeable & experienced tech with a high aptitude for customer service. This position will be located in a Medium Security Prison (Northpoint Training Center). This is a prison environment, which can be a difficult environment to work in at times, so the selected tech will be required to attend the DOC trainings in order to navigate the grounds safely. Preferred: Prior work in a ticketing system is a plus, but not a must.

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
