JOB DESCRIPTION
Northern Field Services has an opening for a desktop support technician. This technician will be located at 8310 Westport Road, Louisville and will provide support for multiple agencies in Jefferson and the surrounding counties.
DUTIES/SKILLS:
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Computer equipment configuration, setup, and installation.
- Experience in ticketing software (preferably ServiceNow).
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Hardware and software experience.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
