Dental Receptionist
We are working with a facility in South Tulsa who is looking for a Front Office Dental Assistant for their Dental Practice.
Pay Rate and Schedule for Dental Receptionist:
- $15.00-$17.00/hr.
- Monday- Friday, 7:30am - until the last patient leaves.
Job duties for Dental Receptionist:
- Check in patients accordingly, take photo, and update each patient's insurance in comparison to the card
- Send an instant message alerting the Assistant and Doctor of the patient's arrival for each patient
- Look at upcoming appointments and ensure insurance confirmation
- Call patients with insurance estimates and scan into charts
- Make sure patients have estimates, call patients if needed
- Confirm upcoming appointments
Requirements for Dental Receptionist:
- Must have a stable work history
- Must have worked in a dental setting within the last six months
- Must have at least 2 years of experience in a dental front office setting
