Job description
Start your career as a FedEx Delivery Driver with Northwest Express, a Contracted Service Provider for FedEx.
Starting pay: $22/hr
HIRING BONUS! $250 after 90 days (3 months), $250 again after 180 (6 months)!
After training, drivers who are qualified to drive trucks over 10k pounds will be moved to a per stop pay structure. This pay structure guarantees a minimum of $22/hr or $1.20 per stop, whichever is greater!

Required Experience: 6 months+ of driving with FedEx, UPS, DHL, Amazon, or other
delivery positions in the last 3 years. OR 1+ year driving experience with a Class C or higher license.

About the Position:
- Delivery routes are located in the best areas of the City of Chicago and the suburbs.

Qualifications:
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Possess a valid driver’s license.
- Able to pass a drug screen, background check, and E-Verify.
- Able to pass a road test in a delivery truck.
- Be comfortable using electronic handheld devices.
- One weekend day is required.
- Have a clean driving record.
