Zeno Logistics LLC is the newest Amazon Delivery Service Partner to launch in the RDU area. Owned and operated by a former Delivery Associate, this is a unique opportunity to join a growing team that is led from the front lines. At Zeno Logistics, we deliver smiles together!
We need reliable, hardworking, safety focused individuals to join our team as Delivery Associates. Delivery Associates strive to get every order to the customer’s door on-time. Approximate hours are 10:50AM to 8:50PM 7 days per week. Full-time associates generally work four 10 hour shifts each week.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Safely operate your delivery vehicle at all times in accordance with local and state laws.
- Use a handheld device for routing information and customer delivery instructions.
- Navigate a variety of routes throughout delivery areas.
- Must be comfortable driving and working in varying weather conditions. We work in all conditions including rain, snow, heat, darkness, and wind.
- Load and unload packages to be delivered.
- Be CUSTOMER OBSESSED!! We strive to deliver packages and smiles to our customers.
- Communicate effectively with our support team to provide exceptional customer service and ensure deliveries are completed correctly.
- Perform the following tasks, with or without reasonable accommodation:
- Lift packages up to 50 lbs.
- Able to get in and out of van and walk up and down stairs throughout your shift
- Able to walk at a swift pace for 9-10 hours per day
- Keep pace in physically demanding job; work in all weather conditions
Compensation and Benefits
- $17.50 per hour to start

Basic Requirements: Eligible to Work in the U.S.

· Must hold a valid, non-privileged, unrestricted North Carolina Driver’s License
· Authorized to work in the United States
· Must pass 5-Panel Drug Screening
· Must have good English speaking, reading, writing/communication skills
Schedule:
