Signature Servicing, one of South Florida’s leading debt settlement groups, is looking for a qualified Debt Broker. This role would act as a negotiator, obtaining favorable resolutions with our client’s creditors. Continuously brokering settlements from creditors, while contributing to the finalization of client agreements.

We are currently looking for an excellent negotiator and emotionally intelligent individual to join our credit counseling team as a Debt Broker. This role would be working with credit cultivation, student, healthcare, and attorney consolidation. The opportunity will be located at our offices in Jupiter, Florida.

The goal of the Debt Broker is to apply experienced negotiating skills to settle assigned accounts within Signature Servicing. This role will report directly to the CEO and will have no management duties. This negotiation will have direct responsibility for working with creditors to achieve a favorable outcome for our clients. In this role it is essential to solidify the client pipeline and ensure the client’s needs have been met.

This role acts as a key component to finalizing client and business needs. This role would work with the financial coaching team once funds are secured. Additionally, it is important to support the negotiating team in ensuring the customer’s needs and expectations are met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Please note: This position will report to an office in Jupiter, Florida and will work in the office.
• Implement business plan to successfully meet client’s expectations.
• Confidently communicate with creditors to reduce client obligations.
• Build strong relationships with creditors to obtain more favorable outcomes.
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed.

Qualifications and Experience:

• GED or high school diploma or two years of service, business, retailing, or marketing preferred.
• Minimum 2 years with client facing service, marketing, or retail related experience.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications such as Outlook, Word or Suite. Skills and Capabilities.
• Highly proficient communicator or negotiator.
• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.
• Ability to collaborate with cross functional stakeholders, influence decisions and recommend metrics for mutual business success.
• Skilled in driving process improvement by identifying steps to be strengthened.
• Ability to maintain strong relationships and ability to leverage communicative skills.
• Excels in a fast-paced environment with the ability to understand negotiations.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
