  Contacts customers on the phone daily, demonstrating good telephone skills and professionalism. Attempts to arrange payment on the account, maintaining standard amount of accounts worked and verbal contacts made each day.
• Uses any information sources available, or outside tracing services, to locate any delinquent customer that cannot be located from standard information.
• Orders and sends out collection letters daily. Follows up on collection letters as often as needed.
• Record and process payments made on delinquent accounts.
• Candidates should have typing experience.
• Must be able to work a schedule that consists of days, nights, and Saturdays.
